MPW170 is a cost-effective green sand release agent and when used properly, does not build up on tooling.
Spray light even coat on mold surface before the sand blow.
IMPORTANT: Good spray equipment, capable of fogging or fine atomization of release agent is a must. This type of spray will produce good film forming, which is a must for good releases.
As with all release agents, a first-in, first-out stock rotation is recommended.
Recommended storage temperature 20°C to 30°C.
Exposure to cold temperature will cause changes in the product's physical properties.
Should gelling or freezing occur, mix the thawed product before use. Freezing does not change product performance.
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area suitable for storage of flammable materials. Shake well before use.
