MP100 is a low-odor, Safer to use, formulated to have less environmental impact; Mold releasing effect will last for long and can release several molds by one coating.

Significantly reduce the stripping resistance, which is beneficial to improve the appearance quality of castings.

With anti-rust function, it can prolong the service life of the mold.

MP100 is a cost-effective green sand release agent and when used properly, does not build up on tooling.

Application

Spray light even coat on mold surface before the sand blow.

IMPORTANT: Good spray equipment, capable of fogging or fine atomization of release agent is a must. This type of spray will produce good film forming, which is a must for good releases.

Storage condition

As with all release agents, a first-in, first-out stock rotation is recommended.

Recommended storage temperature 20°C to 30°C.

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area suitable for storage of flammable materials.

Viscosity : Approx 5.0 cSt
